New year...

I am back in Mexico again. Same hotel, different country roaming around inside.
The year started with a lot of work, but now it seems like it is going back to a more normal pace and we can actually spend some time enjoying the sunshine and look at the things that needs to be fixed but that had been set aside because more urgent things was lining up.

A couple of days ago we had an earthquake.  We were sitting on the bed (made with a fundament of concrete) in our room, talking when we felt a short shake. I recognized it directly and thought that was it, that was cool. Then the bed started to rock from side to side again, more forcefully this time and for a longer time. My first real earthquake! Ok, I can confess that it was scary when it happened. But now, looking back it was a really cool experience. Something I will tell my grandchildren on a dark night in front of the open fire when they have a cup of chocolate.

There...the first lines in here for this year. I hope you will enjoy the ride with me through 2012!
2012 by the way...still no flying cars, hoverboards or lightsabers. I am disappointed...
